St Rynagh's Football Club is starting the process to develop our club plan for the next 5 years. We are starting the planning process by holding a workshop in Cloghan Hall on Monday 11th April from 8:00 – 10:00. We would like to involve as many people in the club as possible such as:

Players, current and past
All club coaches
All club officers
Parents of younger players
Teachers from the local schools
People from our community
and EVERYBODY is welcome to attend and PLEASE ‘Spread The Word’

The advantage for our club in having a plan is that we are actively planning ahead for our future and all the members can see the direction that the club is taking. Developing a club plan also helps focus the club in terms of how it is structured and organised.

Our club plan when completed will outline the following:

Where are we now?
Where are we going?
How are we going to get there?
Who is responsible for getting us there?

Some of the areas that are covered in the plan are:

Club Structures and Administration
Communications and PR
Facilities Development
Coaching Games Development
Finance and Fundraising
Code of Conduct

These are exciting times for our club and we hope you’ll be able to attend on Monday 11th at 8:00.
